Couplingprocedure
CovalentcouplingisperformedovernightbyincubatingtheantibodyofchoicewiththeDynabeads®M-450Tosylactivatedbeads.OptimalcouplingoccursathighpH(8.5–9.5)andat37°C.ForpH-lABIleantibodies,couplingcanbeperformedinanalternativebufferatpH7.4.
